Things you must do when in Jaipur
Amer Fort -
Visiting Amer fort while in Jaipur is a must. The size and the beauty of the iconic Amer fort will definitely leave you in awe. To add on to your experience here, take an elephant ride up the hilly path to the fort’s entrance. You can also enjoy the light and sound show that happens here every evening.
City palace -
Coming to the royal city and not going to the royal family’s residence is unacceptable. City palace is a work of art with its amazing courtyards, gardens, museums which displays royal garments worn by previous kings, and the famous entrance gates. While visiting the palace you must also fuel up at the Baradari restaurant located in the palace itself.
Hawa Mahal -
It is the building of windows. Hawa Mahal has a total of 953 small windows which were designed for the royal ladies to watch everyday life and festivals celebrated outside on the streets without being seen by the public. The monument now houses little shops and artists that you can see while visiting.

Walk through the walled city of Jaipur and pamper the shopaholic inside you. Bapu bazaar and Johri bazar are the best places to shop all the local products of Jaipur including silver jewelry, block print clothes, leather bags and jutis.
